At the May 11 meeting, the commissioners asked me to send them the excluded comment for their review. I sent it later that morning, at 10:03 a.m., to Commissioners Brad Hawkins, Shon Smith, and Kevin Overbay.
At today’s meeting, I asked whether they had received the email and had a chance to review the comment, and whether there had been any decision about including it in the DEIS record.
I had the original email with me showing the recipients and the date and time it was sent, along with a hard copy of the excluded DEIS comment. I left the hard copy with the commissioners at today’s meeting.
